Terms and conditions as of 1st December 2024.
Fees - We are a private dental therapy clinic:
- All fees are payable on the day of service
- HICAPS rebate can be processed in clinic except for HBF claims they will need to be done online.
- If eligible for Medicare dental benefits (CDBS) can use funding towards services, will need
to pay account on day and claim online after appointment (we are unable to bulk bill)
- Additional fees will be applied to accounts over due by 21days or more for debt recovery purposes
Cancelations:
- cancelation of a scheduled appointment without 24 hours notice will incur a $50 service fee to rebook
- Fail to attend (FTA) after confirmation will incur a $100 service fee (to rebook)as this is lost clinical time and room set up for that appointment resulting in waisted materials and staff time for an appointment that cannot be refilled.
- Running late please call the surgery 9841 5764 we cannot see a patient after 15 minutes late this is due to the nature of needing a certain amount of time for dental appointments and to not run late for the next patients time, 1st time grace period 2nd attempts will incur $100 service fee to rebook
- If an appointment has not been confirmed via txt replying Y, we will try to call and make contact. If unsuccessful in contacting to confirm on the day of appointment, then appointment will be automatically cancelled and offered to another patient.
