Terms and conditions as of 29th December 2024.
Fees -
- Appointments can be made for mobile screening and dental health education presentations via email admin@lookseedental.com.au
- Payment must be made at time of booking to secure appointment, a minimum deposit paid of $150 for all presentations and group sessions
- All fees are payable 7 days prior to the day of mobile service/ presentation/ Consulting
- If eligible for Medicare dental benefits (CDBS) can use funding towards services, will need to pay account and claim online after appointment (we are unable to bulk bill) Health funds can be claimed online after service
- Additional fees will be applied to accounts over due by 21 days or more for debt recovery purposes
Cancelations:

Cancelation of a scheduled appointment mobile assessment without 72 hours notice will incur $75 fee taken out of deposit

Cancelations with more than 72 hours notice will have full refund minus $10 admin fee

Presentations that cancel with less than 7 days notice will incur a $150 fee taken out of deposit

Presentations cancelled with more than 7 days will have full refund minus $50 admin fee
