ASSOCIATE DEGREE DENTAL THERAPY Curtin University
Pamela completed her university qualification through Curtin University with an Associate Degree in School Dental Therapy.
Her training focused on preventive and restorative dental care for children and adolescents, with a strong foundation in:
• Oral health promotion • Early intervention • Public health education programs • School-based dental therapy services • Supporting underserved communities
As an AHPRA-registered Dental Therapist registration number DEN0001582422 Pamela is qualified to provide dental examinations, fluoride applications, fissure sealants, X-rays, restorations on adult and baby teeth, extractions of baby teeth, and nerve treatments of baby teeth for children aged 6 months to 18 years.
Since 2012, this qualification has transitioned to a Bachelor of Science (Oral Health Therapy), expanding scope to include adult patients.
DENTAL NURSING AUSTRALIA
I am a formally trained Dental Nurse, completing my studies through Dental Nursing Australia and graduating with a highly commended certificate in 2004. My training provided a strong foundation in clinical support, infection control, patient care, and chairside efficiency, skills I have continued to refine over more than 20 + years in the dental industry.
MYO MUNCHEE & BEBE MUNCHEE PRACTITIONER
I am a certified Myo Munchee Practitioner and Bebe Munchee trained provider, with additional training in supporting early oral function and development.
This allows me to identify early signs of orofacial dysfunction such as mouth breathing, tongue posture and swallowing patterns and guide families with simple, practical strategies that support healthy growth.
With Bebe Munchee training, I can support babies from around 4 months of age, helping parents implement early intervention during important developmental stages.
